You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All orders are dispatched ASAP, the time for expected arrival takes into account whether items are in stock, the delivery time to your destination and weekends, in general you can expect delivery normally within 1-2 working days for Metro and 2-5 days for Rural.
Due to cost associated with redelivery fees the best addresses are where someone is available for collection between 7am-6pm weekdays or a business address where the hours are within normal business hours, or any redelivery fee associated, may be charged at the customers expense.
Couriers and other transport companies are unable to personally call before delivery is attempted so it is strongly recommended that you have someone made available for collection or you nominate another postal address or P.O.Box as your point of delivery and such changes can be made in your ACCOUNTS box.
If a customer has been issued with tracking number, it is therefore the customers responsibility to track the order as to the progress of its delivery, and ensure someone is made readily available for collection, we also ask that the customer makes contact with the delivery company first as to any inquiries regarding the progress of delivery before contacting Inks2tech.
Should delivery be made without a signature and the courier companies have attached to their sent goods an "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ON PREMISES WITHOUT P.O.D. SIGNATURE" form or other such labeling indicating that goods may be left without signature or physical hand over to the customers. Thus being due to attempted delivery and cost associated with redelivery, customers agree to abide by this action and are then fully responsible for the condition and title of such good left at the address stipulated.
