Use of non genuine products, will this void my warranty?
As a consumer it is your right and choice to choose the brand of ink for your printing, therefore under the Trades act, Consumer law states that a manufacturer's warranty cannot be voided due to using aftermarket consumables. Printer manufacturers would love you to believe that using inks other than OEM cartridges will void your printer warranty but using remanufactured printer ink cartridges will NOT void your printer warranty. It is then the responsibility of the printer manufacturer to prove that a non genuine cartridge or toner caused any sort of damage before refusing warranty repair. Printers are quite reliable and dont have to many moving parts to them, but regardless of the brand ink or toner used, a small number of printers still fail while under warranty. If your printer needs to be returned for warranty purposes, we recommend that you simply remove the ink cartridges from the printer prior to sending it for repair.
Will a cartridge that has been refilled damage my printer?
A cartridge that has been refilled correctly and handled with care will not damage the printer.
What is the refilled amount and quality like?
Retailers that use high quality ink and equipment would deliver the same volume of ink as a cartridge bought new and deliver excellent print quality.
When Should I refill my cartridge?
A cartridge that is running dry can be damaged so as soon as you notice the print quality diminishing to previous pages printed, this is generally a sign you are running low.
How many refills can I expect from my cartridge?
There are many factors that depend on how many refills you should get. Many customers would achieve numerous refills if the cartridge has been well maintained and correctly looked after.
